Allusion is one of the creative and literary techniques that is widely used in literary works. Creating content, literary imagery, brevity, and evocative stories hidden within the text are among the functions that can be considered for the arrangement of allusion. In this article, the researcher seeks to identify and classify the types of allusions used by examining the poem "The Emperor's Cry" by Fazel Nazari, and finally reach a frequency of the types of allusions in this poem. The statistical population of this article is the poem "The Emperor's Cry" and its research method is of the library type and refers to reference books such as "Shamisa's Dictionary of Allusions". In this article, the researcher attempts to identify and categorize the types of allusions and their most frequent occurrences in the poetry collection in question, using a descriptive-analytical approach. Religious and folkloric allusions are among the most frequent, and historical allusions are among the least frequent, that appear in the poems of this poetry collection.
